Gokhale Pain Free™ Chair - Terms of Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees the construction of all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. To ensure your limited warranty is valid, follow the Care and Cleaning Instructions. Please note that squeaks and creaks are typical of chairs that have not been adjusted or serviced for a long time. Limited warranty begins from date of purchase - in retail situations the customer's original bill of sale must be provided at time of claim or by default the date of manufacture will be used. Customers are responsible for transportation costs to and from the dealer or manufacturer. The limited warranty covers parts only and is not transferable. Obvious signs of abuse, misuse or negligence void this warranty. The Manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by transport, improper assembly or installation, maintenance, modification, tampering or for the damage or degradation of product that may occur due to extreme hot or cold temperatures after it has left the factory.
24 Hour Use Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees the construction of all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The 24 Hour Use Warranty applies mainly to facilities such as Call Centers or Monitoring Stations wherein unusually extensive may cause rapid wear and tear. If you have chairs entering such facilities, it must be disclosed at the time of order or the warranty may become void.

Care & Cleaning
- Fabric Care: Fabric requires regular vacuuming. Take care not to cut or puncture the fabric, as this will cause fraying and may damage the fabric beyond repair. We recommend professional upholstery cleaning for deeper cleaning.
- Vinyl Care: Vinyl can be cleaned with warm water, mild soap and a clean, damp cloth.
- Casters, bases and arms can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For extra shine, they can be polished with products specifically formulated for plastics, nylon and fiberglass.
- Metal parts may be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and then dried with a lint free towel.
