Customers may return most merchandise to us within 30 days from receiving the item(s) for a refund or exchange. To qualify for return, any original tags must still be intact. For a full refund, merchandise must be in original condition. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or have obvious signs of use may qualify for a refund of up to 50% of the original price.
Ebooks cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping is nonrefundable. For chair returns, there is a $75 restocking fee.

We will process refunds upon receipt of returned item. Processing credit card and Paypal refunds may take 3-5 business days. Refunds done through check may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Please note, international orders take an average of 1—6 weeks to process through customs. Your package may need to be picked up from your local customs office directly, rather than being delivered to your address. Please take care to track your package carefully, so you are aware when it is ready to be picked up. Your country's Postal Service should notify you via mail when you package is ready to be picked up and how long you have to retrieve it, but we recommend you don't rely on this notice; instead check your tracking number frequently. Most countries hold packages for two weeks at customs before sending them back, but your country's rules may vary. Gokhale Method cannot offer specific shipping timelines or customs regulations for international orders.
We are not responsible for failure to retrieve your package from customs, or for general shipping failures originating from a foreign Postal Service. When we receive returned item(s), we will process a refund for the cost of your order, excluding shipping costs. We will do our best to file a claim for the value of your order + shipping costs, and offer you the best refund possible given the outcome of the claim. If your items are unclaimed from customs and returned to Gokhale Method, but you would like your order sent out again, you may place a new order through our website.
Gokhale Method is not responsible for, nor can we offer any specific advice regarding, any international customs fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will exchange defective merchandise at no additional cost to the customer, upon proof of damage or defect, or upon return of the merchandise, as described in more detail below:
Stretchsit Cushion: If your cushion arrives defective or damaged, or breaks during normal use, we will email a shipping label to you to return the cushion to us in a padded flat-rate USPS envelope, and mail you a replacement upon receipt of the damaged one.
Book, Roller, Head Cushion: If these items arrive damaged or defective, please send us a picture of the damage. These items do not need to be returned, and we will send you a replacement if the damage or defect warrants one.
DVD: If your DVD is defective and will not play, skips, or is broken, simply email us and we will send you a new one; you can also choose to access the DVD footage online through Vimeo as a replacement.
Ebooks: Ebooks cannot be returned or refunded.
Chair: Our chairs are under 10-year limited warranty from Lifeform, our Canadian manufacturer. If you have a problem with your chair, please provide as much detail about the issue as possible, including photos if necessary, so we can work with Lifeform to determine which replacement parts need to be supplied.
