RETURN POLICY

Customers may return most merchandise to us within 30 days from receiving the item(s) for a refund or exchange. To qualify for return, any original tags must still be intact. For a full refund, merchandise must be in original condition. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or have obvious signs of use may qualify for a refund of up to 50% of the original price. Shea Butter and Ebooks cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping is nonrefundable. For chair returns, there is a $75 restocking fee.

Please note, Gokhale Method is not responsible for, nor can we offer any specific advice regarding, any international customs fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

We will process refunds upon receipt of returned item. Processing credit card and Paypal refunds may take 3-5 business days. Refunds done through check may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange defective merchandise at no additional cost to the customer, upon proof of damage or defect, or upon return of the merchandise, as described in more detail below:

Stretchsit Cushion: If your cushion arrives defective or damaged, or breaks during normal use, we will email a shipping label to you to return the cushion to us in a padded flat-rate USPS envelope, and mail you a replacement upon receipt of the damaged one.

Book, Roller, Head Cushion: If these items arrive damaged or defective, please send us a picture of the damage. These items do not need to be returned, and we will send you a replacement if the damage or defect warrants one.

DVD: If your DVD is defective and will not play, skips, or is broken, simply email us and we will send you a new one; you can also choose to access the DVD footage online through Vimeo as a replacement.

Shea Butter: Shea Butter cannot be returned or refunded.

Ebooks: Ebooks cannot be returned or refunded.

Chair: Our chairs are under 10-year limited warranty from Lifeform, our Canadian manufacturer. If you have a problem with your chair, please provide as much detail about the issue as possible, including photos if necessary, so we can work with Lifeform to determine which replacement parts need to be supplied.
